   Sophistication of Soul Vol. 1 is the first in its series. It is designed to help the listener relax and tap more
deeply into their inner vision. This CD appeals to all
levels from the novice, to the more advanced.

   Story meditations are used to help the listener journey into self and let go of all unwanted stresses. There are four parts to this CD. They are divided into 4 sections that way you can listen in full or take a segment at a time. There are two breathing exercises, and two stories.

   The first story is Waterfall which takes the listener on a journey to a Waterfall and create a cleansing of one's inner and outer self to help with manifesting and attracting of an abundant life.

   The second story is Inner Child. It's allows the listener a journey and connect with that aspect of self that may or may not have been forgotten. A favorite of most.
